Some weekends ask
less of you.

No lobby. No crowded loop of campsites. Just enough thoughtful comfort to settle in, and enough space for the land to remain the reason you came.

Choose your way
into the quiet.

These are early concepts, grounded in the scale and materials planned for Sandy Pines. Final designs, rates, and amenities will be shared before booking opens.

The Pine Tipi

A simple canvas stay beneath the pines, with its own place to sit outside and the foothills waiting beyond the door.

The plan, kept intentionally small

Five nests.
One slower way to stay.

Sandy Pines is planned as a retreat rather than a crowded campground—distinct stays, private pockets, and shared moments that still leave room for quiet.

  • Tipi and canvas stays for the opening phase
  • Stagecoach and treetop premium stays planned
  • Private soaking decks planned for premium nests
  • Garden, farmstead corner, and seasonal gathering spaces
Follow the build

Take it slowly. The light will follow.

A day with nowhere
else to get to.

Morning

Wake when the pines do.

Coffee, a dog at your knee, and no reason to rush the second cup.

At your nest

Afternoon

Make a picnic of doing very little.

Find a patch of shade, open the book, and let lunch take as long as it takes.

Planned

Golden hour

Take the long way back.

A slow loop through the trees is enough of a plan when the light starts to turn.

On the property

After dark

Let the fire decide bedtime.

Marshmallows, one more story, then a darker sky than the one at home.

Seasonal

The luxury is not having
anywhere else to be.

If the mood shifts and you do head out, Dobbins puts lake days, small wineries, and backroads worth taking slowly within reach.
